It would require each local education agency to implement flexible graduation waivers. It would conduct a uniform transcript evaluation procedure, and award academic credit for classes taken by students in the Care of the District. It would also require the Students in the Care of D.C. Coordinating Committee regularly review and report on the success and impact of the Education Continuity for Students. in the Care of D.C.
