To (1) (A) set aggregate contribution amounts under the Citizens' Election Program at their 2022 election cycle levels, and (B) eliminate any inflationary adjustment of such amounts after the conclusion of the 2026 election cycle, and (2) provide that by December fifteenth immediately following the conclusion of a four-year state officer election cycle, or a two-year state legislative election cycle, inflationary adjustments to the individual contribution limits under the Citizens' Election Program shall be made for the next such election cycle.
